Our process starts with a detailed consultation with one of our dedicated jewellery consultants, who will help bring your vision for your dream jewellery to life. After you've approved a design, our experts will provide you with a quote for your custom piece.
Beginning with an explanation of the 4Cs, your expert in diamonds and gemstones will guide you through the comprehensive details of each diamond, assisting you in selecting the ideal stone for your design that offers the best value for your budget. Once all information is provided, you will be able to choose the stone for your dream jewellery.
Once you've paid the deposit fee, our team will begin crafting your bespoke piece. To help you visualize your idea, we can provide CAD designs and 3D illustrations of the jewel. You can make changes to your design during this process until you are completely satisfied. Once you confirm your design, we will proceed with the production of your jewellery.
After your design is cast, it is meticulously hand-finished by our master craftsmen in our workshop. The crafting process typically takes around four to five weeks, depending on the complexity of your design. We ensure that your dream jewellery is finished to perfection. Once ready, we can deliver your item beautifully packaged right to your doorstep. Great care is taken to ensure that every piece is finished to perfection.
